ABOUT THE WALK FUNNY SEMINAR
Walk Funny is a motivational exercise seminar.  
Basically, my motto is "just do SOMETHING."  It's about
changing people's attitudes toward exercise, finding
something they like to do and learning to make the
active choice in their daily lives.  Showing people that
just moving more throughout the day starts you
thinking in a healthier way that stimulates other
positive life changes.  It's not about what you weigh, it's
about what you can do...focus on that and the weight
takes care of itself.

We all know we should exercise.  Walk Funny reminds
you, in a humorous way, about all the benefits of
exercise.  Fun studies and interesting facts as well as
thought provoking motivational tips are then followed by
a brisk 10 minute walk, which, studies have shown, can
be beneficial.  And if 10 minutes seems long?  Then it's
time you realize just how much you need to get some
movement, some activity, some ANYTHING into your life.
 A funny and brief stretching demonstration closes the
seminar.
